Privacy Policy & Personal Data Disclosure

Document ID: CYNE-PP-2026-V3 Effective Date: May 2026

This Privacy Framework outlines the clear, binding conditions under which Cyne (managed under parent technological parameters by Banisu Technology) processes, cross-verifies, stores, and shields personal data. By registering an account profile, completing cryptographic deposits, or executing programmatic local bank payouts inside our digital ecosystem, you explicitly acknowledge and consent to the data compilation matrices detailed below.

1. Scope of Data Compilation Profiles

To maintain an audited, high-velocity crypto-to-fiat liquidation pipeline that prevents fraudulent market manipulation, Cyne is legally obligated to compile diverse categories of user information. This data structure is captured through explicit manual forms and automated machine telemetry:

Identity Data

Legal first name, legal middle name, surname, date of birth, localized mobile numbers, and verified email configurations.

Settlement Data

Commercial bank account routing numbers, Bank Verification Numbers (BVN), National Identification Numbers (NIN), and biometric indicators.

Device Telemetry

Internet Protocol (IP) locations, Unique Device Identifiers (UDID), hardware fingerprints, network service providers, and login event histories.

Transaction History

On-chain transaction hashes, inbound cryptographic deposit values, timestamp coordinates, and automated local payout reference logs.

2. Compulsory KYC Identity Verification for Withdrawal Operations

⚠️ NOTICE: Completing Tiered Identity Verification is strictly compulsory before any asset liquidation or fiat withdrawal can be authorized or pushed out of your available balance.

To maintain strict compliance with the Nigerian Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) guidelines, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, and Combating the Financing of Terrorism (CFT) provisions, Cyne implements automated identity cross-checking.

Users are required to match their financial profile directly with their verified **Bank Verification Number (BVN) or National Identification Number (NIN)** data registries. Our server uses these records to confirm that the legal identity bound to your mobile phone number matches your destination bank account layout exactly.

Under no circumstances will withdrawals or value-added payouts (such as airtime, data, or bill collections) be processed for unverified account profiles. Until your identity matching records resolve cleanly within our automated system nodes, your outgoing liquidation access remains restricted.

3. Single Device Session Security & Hardware Locking

To protect user portfolios against account takeovers, database leaks, and malicious phishing scripts, Cyne enforces strict single-device session locking:

Your profile token maps directly to your hardware signature during verification. If a login sequence is initialized from an unrecognized smartphone layout or another IP location, our backend servers will flag the event and instantly invalidate all active session tokens on any prior device. This prevents a hacker from using compromised access keys to drain your available balance from a secondary device location.

4. Data Encryption, Shielding & Zero-Sharing Guarantees

Your digital and financial data is handled with structural corporate safeguards. We do not store plain, raw, or text-based sensitive parameters (like passwords, PIN entries, or full BVN keys) on exposed public servers. All input variables pass through heavy encryption algorithms and are held in secure database rows behind layered proxy firewalls.

Zero-Sharing Mandate: Cyne does not lease, sell, trade, or distribute your identity parameters to third-party advertising companies, private brokers, or consumer ad trackers. Your data is compiled solely to maintain secure, automated settlement pipelines.

5. Third-Party API Node and Provider Interconnections

To deliver rapid off-ramp execution and value-added utility features (such as Airtime to Cash, electrical grid clearing, and mobile data provisioning), Cyne routes payment parameters to licensed external financial networks and telecom provider switches.

The data transmitted to these external nodes is strictly limited to the basic values required to fulfill your request (e.g., sending an account number to execute a bank transfer, or a phone number to distribute an airtime top-up). These partner nodes are legally bound by matching data protection acts and are blocked from using or archiving your metrics for commercial gain.

6. Immutable Transaction Archiving

Once an asset deposit lands on a blockchain network node, our automated system documents the transaction details. This tracking includes the on-chain transaction hash, conversion rate points, local currency calculation, and target payout logs.

In compliance with financial auditing guidelines and national regulatory mandates, these tracking entries are preserved on immutable ledger tables. They cannot be modified, cleared, or deleted by users or system operators, ensuring long-term accounting clarity and safety for our platform's liquidity pools.
