Terms of Operation & User Service Agreement

Document ID: CYNE-TO-2026-V1 Effective Date: May 2026

This Service Agreement governs your access to and usage of the digital liquidation infrastructure powered by Cyne (a software asset engineered by Banisu Technology). By initializing an interface session, depositing cryptographic tokens, or triggering local banking distributions, you enter into a legally binding contract under Nigerian financial regulations. If you do not accept these operational rules, you must immediately terminate usage of this app.

1. Scope of the Liquidation Engine & Core Services

Cyne provides a real-time programmatic off-ramp framework built to convert verified cryptographic assets directly into local Nigerian Naira (NGN) available balances. The ecosystem offers these primary features:

  • Direct Off-Ramp Settlement: Automated liquidation of supported blockchain payloads directly into spendable fiat balances.
  • Treasury Bank Distribution: Fee-free programmatic disbursement paths to licensed local commercial bank accounts.
  • Value-Added Telecom Channels: Built-in options to convert mobile network airtime to cash, distribute mobile data bundles, or clear electrical utility meters.

2. Compulsory Identity Verification & Payout Access Gates

⚠️ CRITICAL PROVISION: Outbound fiat withdrawal requests or value-added utility transactions will remain entirely frozen until your account profile satisfies our automated verification criteria.

To maintain strict regulatory alignment with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) guidelines and centralized Anti-Money Laundering (AML) acts, Cyne enforces mandatory identity verification.

You must bind your verified Bank Verification Number (BVN) or National Identification Number (NIN) parameters directly to your active profile logs. The first name and surname registered on your identification profile must match your commercial banking profile exactly. Any profile name mismatches will trigger an automatic compliance hold.

3. Exchange Rate Architecture & Deductive Markdowns

By deploying resources within this liquidation engine, you acknowledge and agree to our automatic rate-locking parameters:

Cyne pulls pricing feeds from international market indices continuously, updating references on a strict 15-minute interval loop. Our system automatically processes every conversion request by applying our standard deductive retail markdown directly to the active market base. Rates change over time and lock immediately when a deposit achieves its required blockchain network block confirmation.

4. User Responsibility for Blockchain Deposits

Because blockchain network layers operate as immutable, permanent, decentralized ledger structures, you are solely responsible for verifying transaction configurations:

You must carefully cross-check that your incoming asset matches both the specific token and chosen network layer (e.g., routing Tether specifically via the TRON TRC20 path or Ethereum ERC20 path) displayed inside your app dashboard. Sending unsupported crypto or using mismatched network configurations will result in the total, permanent, and unrecoverable loss of your funds. Cyne cannot reverse or trace human deposit routing errors.

5. Settlement Limits, Failures, and Hold Conditions

While our payout network is built to run entirely automatically, local commercial banking networks occasionally encounter central processing delays or downtime.

Cyne holds the absolute operational right to place temporary validation holds on transactions that exceed default safety limits or trigger automated anti-fraud alerts. If a telecom network experiences a service blackout during an Airtime-to-Cash request, processing will pause dynamically until provider servers resume stable activity loops.

6. Zero Tolerance Fraud Policy & Account Termination

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against chargeback manipulation, fraudulent currency liquidations, or attempts to exploit rate windows. Any profiles engaging in malicious interactions will face immediate operational termination.

If our backend compliance team discovers an active account attempting to route stolen mobile airtime parameters or compromised banking values, the corresponding profile ledger will be permanently blacklisted. All connected assets will be frozen immediately and sent to national financial law enforcement desks for regulatory prosecution.

7. Revisions to the Operating Framework

Banisu Technology preserves the right to alter or update these Terms of Operation as needed to navigate shifts in regional financial laws or security updates. New operational parameters apply the moment they are written to this public subpage directory. Continual application interaction across subsequent updates implies your full agreement to the updated service rules.
